To create a transformative platform within the entertainment industry where Latinos are authentically portrayed as integral parts of American culture. Through compelling Internet video, television, and film productions, we aim to eliminate prejudice and discrimination against Hispanics/Latinos by showcasing them in lead and supporting roles as quintessential Americans. By increasing Latino representation in mainstream entertainment from less than 5% to 25% in principal roles, we envision not only changing narratives but also creating sustainable year-round employment and lifelong careers for the people of Texas."
